Aisling Gough

Clarendon Street, Dublin 2, Ireland

Aisling has been interested in health and fitness since she was a teenager. Being an ambassador for mental health, she loves seeing the huge impact fitness can have on the mind.

Having worked in fashion PR for several years, Aisling found that the most enjoyable part of her day was when she was exercising and decided to undertake a personal training course. Once completed, she completely changed industries and focused all of her attention on spreading positive mental health through fitness.

A qualified level 4 personal trainer, level 3 group fitness instructor and nutritional advisor, Aisling’s training style is firm yet fun. By pushing clients that bit further than they could push themselves, she has a proven track record of changing bodies and minds.
