I have always been interested in sport, nutrition and fitness and now, as a personal trainer and coach, I find it hugely rewarding to help my clients become fitter, stronger and healthier. Working out in the gym is no longer about just sweating it out on treadmills or rowing machines – the programs that I build for each of my clients focus on building strength and cardiovascular fitness, sculpting and making the most of their natural shape while addressing any problem areas or weak points. Clients tell me that the work they do with me has as much to do with training their mind as their bodies – setting goals, pushing themselves farther and achieving more than they ever thought possible. It’s a powerful feeling!
