With an extensive career spanning 16 years in the industry, Barry has trained clients across all cohorts, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in understanding the behaviour and work ethic required to achieve success in health and fitness. 

 Barry believes working in a team environment is paramount for health success, and developing an excellent coach client relationship is key for optimal health.

 Contrastingly, he also believes that improving individual skill set is vital to stay at the forefront of the fitness industry.

 Academically, Barry has a strong interest in Nutritional Medicine and is pursuing an MSc at University of Surrey.  He has gathered several professional exercise accreditations, namely the NSCA (CSCS) and UKSCA (ASCC) exams in recent years to compliment his undergraduate BSc Sports Science.
