Hi I’m Eddie. I’ve been working as a health and fitness professional for over 15 years. I operate from my private training studio at Top Pro Gym, New Street, Kilkenny. Here I offer 1 to 1 personal training, semi private personal training and small group fitness training. I understand that with todays hectic lifestyles people cannot afford to spend too much time at the gym. That’s why I aim to provide a personal service that you won’t receive in the larger commercial gyms.. You won’t have to worry about packed gyms and waiting around to use the equipment. You can choose to train alone, semi privately (max 3 people) or as part of a small group (max 6 people). I aim to create a comfortable, inviting and friendly atmosphere for you to enjoy your training.
The fitness industry is constantly evolving, trends come and go as do the fads. I keep myself up to date with all the latest trends and scientific studies and apply these principles when designing my training programmes,
I understand that the journey to great health is unique to each individual, so whatever your goal is, be it to lose weight and get in shape, increase strength, build muscle, improve your athletic performance, recover from injury, I will provide you with the guidance and knowledge you need to achieve it.
As well as personal training I also offer team/club prehab and training for athletes. I conduct fitness programming for GAA players, track athletes, triathletes and kettlebell sport athletes. I compete Professionally at International level in kettlebell sport.
