I started weight training at a young age. I was always interested in the sports industry. I have 6 years of experience working in the fitness industry . My strengths are : strength and conditioning training ,sports specific, bodybuilding and power lifting. My sessions are delivered in a professional, dynamic and enthusiastic way. I always focus on my client’s goals.
I implement compound exercises mixed with high intensity cardio when training my clients, ad can provide information and training that will promote your health , well being and general fitness.
I keep my knowledge up to date so I can offer solutions regarding fitness issues. I will always make myself available to clients.
