Hi, I’m John. My passions have always been basketball and training. That much is never going to change. From a young age, basketball has taught me how to train hard, but after battling my own injury problems and recently getting qualified as a personal trainer, I have ‘seen the light’. Now I focus on training safely and in a functional manner. I prioritise making training fun. If you aren’t having fun when you’re training, it can’t be sustainable. I truly believe that. So you can be sure that you’ll always get a fun, energy-filled session when We train together. MOVEMENT is my latest passion. My personal goal is to be the best mover I can be. And I have the same aspiration for You! I will help you find out what type of training you enjoy the most. I look forward to training with you.
