I have been involved in an active lifestyle practically since I took my first steps doing anything and everything from badminton, horse riding and even mountain boarding. Recently I went on my own personal fitness journey, competing in a fitness competition which tested my own discipline and will power but more importantly taught me about what my clients go through to achieve their goals.
I have worked in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and Personal Trainer for a number of years and can honestly say I love my job, especially seeing clients achieve their goals whether it be fat loss, muscle gain and tone or even body confidence.
What I offer is a bespoke, personal approach to training to suit your needs, time constraint or family commitments.
My approach to training and nutrition can simply be defined by asking yourself, “can you see yourself sticking to this in 1 week, 1 month or 1 year from now?” If the answer is no then is it not sustainable and we will work together to ensure a programme is progressive, enjoyable and suits your lifestyle.
As a Personal Trainer I offer support, guidance and provide the tools to allow you to take control of your health and fitness, increase your confidence and knowledge around nutrition and fitness.
