Mark, No.17 PT

Park Lane East, Dublin 2, Ireland

Mark started in No.17 after a massive career change that essentially changed his life. A once sedentary office worker, Mark decided to pack it all in and make the switch to a career in the fitness industry in 2011, and he has not looked back since.

Having completely altered the dynamic in his own life, he sees his role with his clients as one in which he encourages the same change in them as he promoted in himself. People come to No.17 because they want a change in their life or lifestyle, and he can relate to them because that is exactly where he came from not so long ago. Now passionate about what he does, it almost seems impossible to think that he hasn’t coached for all of his working life. He is REPS accredited in Level 4 Personal Training from Elite Fitness & Performance, Kettlebell Training and also went on to complete his Crossfit Level 1 Certification in New York in 2013. He frequently travels around Ireland and abroad for Fitness seminars, and finally feels that his work has purpose. Mark recognises that people come to us at No.17 because they know a change is necessary, they just need to be shown the way.
