Here’s what one of my clients had to say about my classes, please share…it was for personal training but I think it also applies to my beginner classes.
When I first started going to Mark for personal training I was very anxious about it all and very nervous about working out in front or with other people.
I was terrified of not being as fit as the others there (which I definitely was not), making an absolute fool of myself or looking stupid. I didn’t want others to see any of that.
It took me a while to even go and meet Mark in his gym but after lots of messaging over Facebook and him putting my mind at ease about my anxiety I went and met Mark. He instantly put my mind at ease and I felt comfortable straight away. It was actually really cool and not what I expected at all.
Since I first went to a personal training class I haven’t stopped going and I love it and I won’t stop going either. I’ve now started to join other classes and I love them too. I feel way more confident in myself to be able to do that.
I love the classes and the people that go to them with me. It might sound cheesy but going to Mark for classes has really changed me, I never really got the whole idea of ‘lifestyle change’ and would have probably rolled my eyes at it, but now and get it and I love how I’ve changed and it’s brought me nothing but good and feeling better in myself.
