After studying at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance, I relocated to various locations in both Scandinavia and the UK teaching dance, and found my passion for not only fitness, but health and wellbeing, with a particular emphasis on nutrition.
My own training is a mixture of heavy resistance with plyometrics and lots of flexibility and core work, but I love to try new types of training and am always looking for ways to improve. I place a lot of importance on form and technique and consider this to be the foundation of a good training session.
I believe every aspect of life improves when you feel strong and healthy, and I love seeing the results, both physical and mental, that a client gets with us. Very often, a client changes not only their body, but their eating habits, their posture, their general sense of wellbeing, and even their outlook on life, and I am proud of my team and I for the amazing results we’ve created.
