I’ve a passion for sport and all things fitness. My background in sports come mainly from Gaelic Football, having played and worked extensively with Gaelic football teams over the formative years of my life. I’ve also worked briefly with a VFL team in Australia (Tier just below AFL).
With a Masters Degree in Strength & Conditioning from Teesside University, Middlesbrough, I believe that all fitness programming should be based on sound scientific research. I apply cutting edge theory to practice to help you reap the rewards. Don’t just train harder, train smarter! I’ve supported many clients in achieving their personal goals from weight loss, toning, to adding serious muscle mass!
I’m not working hard in The SCC; I play Gaelic football, squash and occasionally I try surfing!
