Siobhan always had a keen interest in exercise and fitness with her main focus on Boxing and resistance training. However, she never had the courage to pursue it as a career until she finally took the plunge in 2013. After some time she started looking into some courses and qualified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through ITEC (Irish Training and Educational Centre).
Siobhan has always been keen to further her knowledge and education and has completed many follow-on fitness and nutrition courses. After completing a Pilates certification in 2015 she now specialises in Pilates alongside small group or semi-private personal training.
