I offer a unique combination of Progressive Strength & Mobility training, in person, or remotely via a bespoke app, as well as the world’s leading Nutrition Coaching program to help my clients reach and maintain their ideal weight.
Training here is truly personal – unique to each client – and is built on my genuine belief that every single person, no matter their age, ability, or level of fitness, has it in them to make a meaningful change to their health & fitness.
My job is to help you become stronger, fitter & more energised, no matter where you’re starting from, or how little time you have available. I’ve spent ten years developing the knowledge, techniques and technology to get you there.
Train one-on-one, with the entire space to yourself, at my purpose-built studio in Ballsbridge in Dublin 4. The approach I use is Progressive Strength & Mobility Training, which moves you through a program of carefully planned exercises designed to maximise your results.
Sessions include a check in on general health & well-being, stretching & warm up, and weight training with expert supervision. I work on any individual goals that you have chosen, from injury recovery to a particular weight or exercise, before cooling down and planning next steps.
This is not an aggressive environment – there’s no shouting or crying – just a safe, intelligent, measurable approach that is guaranteed to get results.
If you can’t join me in studio, I can deliver a unique Personal Training plan through our app.
I build a profile of where you are now, and create an individualised program for you with goals, training videos, nutrition, and personal interaction, that you can follow at home, or at your local gym. Your progressive program adapts as you improve, using proven, scientific principles that have worked for over 500 clients and counting.
